dimensions: | 220/200, 160/120 cm |
technique: | installation colorful photo print, bull skin, bronze castings, steel hooks |
description: | The theme of this installation is a very personal relationship with the male part of the author's family.
Father, brother, son and date of birth number completed in the form of stamps marking, firing on animal skin in this case stretched in space on butcher's hooks. The figure of a naked woman (on a colored photographic print) lying face down in a gesture of penance is a symbolic act of submission to one's own will against the masculinity described above. The photographic print lies directly on the floor opposite the suspended skin and four stamps cast in bronze. |
